The Viper XPT-1000 Touch Screen pretreatment machine turns any direct to garment printing shop into a professional DTG workplace. The unique open design allows for fast loading and unloading of a wide variety of garments while keeping the entire spray (or bounce) inside of the pretreatment machine.

The simple to use pretreatment machine features an incredibly easy to use touch screen control interface that allows for fast setting of the spray length and speed/fluid application amount based on the spray bar height. Quickly adjust the spray width by raising the spray head and the horizontal position by moving the spray head left/right. These combined movements allow for fast and easy processing of left/right chest spray areas, youth, to full width sprays.

A simple to use spray chart correlates the amount of pretreatment applied in grams based on the spray bar setting height. Simply set the spray length and speed and you will get consistent results shirt after shirt making your DTG printing that much easier. Training new employees to pretreat correctly has never been easier.

The unit show here is the complete spray unit and pan (spray area tray) and sells for $4,495.
